Hertfordshire County Council recently conducted some research (using road-side observers) to see what distracted Hertfordshire's drivers. Rush hour surveillance at 9 locations across Hertsforshire provided the following results: 236 people on mobile phones, 81 people texting, 44 people drinking, 60 people eating and 32 people reading. Check out the full story and watch a seriously cheesy video at www.hertsdirect.org
